Jenna
Jenna is a Cassowary Coast local who started her career in the pet industry at a local petshop while in highschool.
This set her on a path that has seen her work in multiple pet related fields over the last 15 years, including numerous pet shops, veterinary clinics (as a veterinary nurse) and has experience managing grooming salons in Townsville and mobile grooming.

She has continued to increase her skills and knowledge over the years, with study in pet nutrition, canine myofunctional therapy, veterinary nursing, Reiki for pets and most recently completed her first module in skin and coat introductory science towards becoming a qualified Pet Aesthetician.

In her years of grooming, she has also spent time learning from Industry Professionals and has obtained training certificates through the Australian Dog Grooming School, Pets Australia, The Grooming School and the Pet Skin Academy.
Currently, Jenna is completing her nationally recognized Cert III in Pet Grooming with the Heiniger Academy.

Jenna recently attended her first grooming competition and placed second in the De-shed class!
Jenna has a great interest in learning more ways to holistically support dogs with skin issues, and in her free time likes to read, do gymnastics and attend dog shows and train in dog sports with her Finnish Lapphund, Dusk.
Alysha
Alysha has always had a love for animals which inspired her to attend Agricultural College to study Horse Breeding in 2006-2007.
I had the pleasure of being a riding guide on Dunk Island after completing my studies. When i returned back to Townsville my world was ruled by my two dogs Hope & Ebony which are Basenji's (an African barkless breed of dog! They yodel!). I currently have a small flock of Runner Ducks & (bearded) dragon to keep me busy.

Alysha started as a Pet Salon Receptionist in 2011 at a Townsville based salon alongside Jenna. Later on my job role expanded into assisting the groomers by bathing & blowdrying. Naturally this progressed into a grooming role. I completed my pet first aid and pet massage course during this time.

Why did i move north? Well my husband and i have always loved the tropics as we are rare fruit enthusiasts (we love durian!) and decided to move to the tropics to plant our extensive fruit tree collection, which has presented the chance to join forces again with Jenna and bring a sunny adventure to Tully.
